Although Turkish delight has been known in Anatolia since about the 15th century, it became widespread within the borders of the Ottoman Empire, especially in the 17th century. In Europe, it became known in the 18th century as "Turkish Delight" through an English traveler. As Verda Lokum, we aim to ensure that this flavor is produced as required today. Our company, which is new in Turkish delight production, has carried its experience in food machinery production to Turkish delight production. It produces all its products with traditional methods using real beet sugar.
